Another possibility: nonwiki

Whatever it's named should indicate that it looks like a website
rather than a wiki.

I'm thinking of an installation where a team is collaboratively
maintaining a PmWiki-powered web site.  For that type of installation,
being able to switch from "nonwiki view" or "website view" to "wiki
view" would be useful.
