[pmwiki-users] audiences revisited or revised ???

KIS4 the Author:

   (:target basic4author,basic4admin :)
...and then let the Markup() decide how to display that.

I tried it with (:audiences, but it's both longer and not document centric.

Also, I greatly prefer paired user/level because if you don't, you 
may not be able to do docs like:

   (:target advanced4author,basic4admin :)

Incidentally, I doubt the readers need to be split in basic and 
advanced. Not enough stuff to talk about; similarly, I like the idea 
of splitting admin by type, since there's so much material for them:

basic4skindev
advanced4recipes
basic4admin
