[pmwiki-users] does the Q&A markup need to be installed on each page?

I meant that it's probably a good idea to put the "A:" in the markup
(at the beginning of the answer), not that it would be displayed
in the resulting output.  It won't.  By having the A: in the markup
we'll have a mechanism for separating questions from answers if
we ever need it.
