[pmwiki-users] PITS doesn't work properly with UTF-8 charset

Hello,

after changing the charset to UTF-8 I just noticed one problem. The 
pitslist on PITS/PITS don't show the correct caracters. But the PITS 
issues are all correctly coded (UTF-8).  Is the script reading the in 
ISO-8859-1?

Does someone with another charset as ISO-8859-1 has encountered such 
problems and now how to solve?
