Just another thing within this topic:

if a page is published (.i.e. copied (after a review ?) into another wiki) 
what will happen with the attachments ?
If supported, it should be possible, that these are also copied, but then a 
complete sync process has to be implemented, which shall consider:
- attachment is changed (a newer one added in the "working" wiki)
- attachment reference is removed from a page
- attachment is added to a page
