Yes that's what I get from it also. I copied the sample-config.php file
to .../local and used vi to add an admin password to it but it gives me
an error message about include path which I don't understand.

	I've done a little on the wiki, but I haven't understood yet
from the documentation how to set a password from within the program.
It looks like on must log in to the system as root and change a config
file.  I've subscribed to the mailing list and will see if they can
