Setting $KeepToken did not resolve it. So I tried removing my configs, and
just to be sure I rebooted, extracted pmwiki-0.6.16 into a *new* folder,
pointed the browser, and edited the sandbox in this newly installed PmWiki
to contain '[=text=][=text=] => error'. Bang:

  Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ']' in
  c:\inetpub\wwwroot\pmwiki\pmwiki-0.6.16\pmwiki.php(882) :
     regexp code on line 1
  Fatal error: Failed evaluating code: $KPV[1??2] in
  c:\inetpub\wwwroot\pmwiki\pmwiki-0.6.16\pmwiki.php on line 882

Don't know much about locales and did not mess with it. I do hope there is a
genuine bug somewhere and not some infamous oversight of mine. I'd like to
see anyone duplicating the non-error on W2K.

My system: W2K-NL+IIS+PHP4.3.5.

Thanks.

jan
