We'll look into it and find out how pmwiki does it, then see if
we can get it to work with fields. (It should perhaps be 
fieldname=...) Not sure when; depends how hard it is.

There's a very long preg_replace in FmtPageName that inserts
?pagename=... into $ScriptUrl which we have to fit into somehow.
