[Pmwiki-users] New feature?

Hi

I am looking for the possibility to include data from a database direct into
wiki pages. Is there someone already working on this feature?

I am going to need this feature that would enable my users to reuse already
written text and lists of data. If there is nobody working on that feature,
I will do it by myself. But I have never programmed i php, only changed some
code. I develop i Java and C++. I need some tips where to start.
