Hmm, wasn't one of the objections to [[div]] that the word 'div' doesn't
mean anything to non-HTML people? I'd suggest something like [[block]]
because it implies that it works on a block of text.
However, I'm a programmer who uses words like 'concatenate' and
'depricate' in normal speech, so don't trust me :)
Hmm, we already have %...% abcd%%, why not have another version of that:
