Yes, I've come around to your point now. Because we have

	:term:description

then
	: :description

should become a definition item as well (with a term consisting of a ' ').

I agree... is there anyone who doesn't?

Note: IIRC, John's implementation uses '>' to right justify the entire 
paragraph, which I don't like.
