[Pmwiki-users] Upload problem

I'm in the process of setting up a few new things on my wiki, and found 
that uploads no longer seem to work.

When I hit the 'upload' button, I'm kicked back to Main/HomePage and 
nothing is uploaded. The directory in wikifiles isn't even created.

I have this in my config.php (lifted straight from my 0.5 setup):
$EnableUpload = 1;
$EnableUploadOverwrite = 0;
$UploadDir = "/var/www/html/wikifiles";
$UploadUrlFmt = "http://www.kallisti.net.nz/wikifiles";
$DefaultPasswords['upload'] = '$1$da.TIXBi$1wF3/8pIHwj669my1G7SOF';
$UploadMaxSize = 1000000;  // Limit to 1Mb

Where should I start looking?
