[Pmwiki-users] Non-emergent missing cookbook file (I think.)

On the pmwiki site in the cookbook area, the 'smiley' downloads appear
inactive/disabled.

The Smileys++ looks fine.

I'm only remarking cuz I'm having so much fun with the 0.6.2 that I'm trying
and playing with new features!

So this is not a pressing programming issue, just an alert... :::ducks:::
