The url for the images is http://www.cercos.de/uploads/Home/...,
so the value of $UploadUrlFmt is set wrong.  It should probably
be set in local.php to be:
   $UploadUrlFmt = '/uploads';
or maybe
   $UploadUrlFmt = 'http://www.cercos.de/uploads';
