I was about to make that point myself..

Just for the record, right now I'm using this markup for signatures:

	-- [[Site/Contributors#Christian Christian]]

where the person's full name is supposed to appear at Site.Contributors 
with an anchor. Compared to simply writing '-- Christian', this is clumsy.
