There is no such thing as 100% height. 100% width yes.
You can make a div a certain size using width and height, but you need
to use units like px or em or such, not percentages.

The best for a pure css approach would be to redefine the (:noleft:)
markup to include a style change for the left main margin. See
Alternative Solution in Cookbook/RemovingLeftContent.
