[Pmwiki-users] Text in <p> tag

Why not use "<p />" instead of "<p></p>"?

I realize the proper thing is to put the text into the <p> container, but
failing that we could at least save a few characters by making the <p /> an
empty container for now. This is more like the "good old days" when folks
used <p> more as a separator than a container anyway.
