This link contains brackets, but works well. Is there a specification 
that forbids this? From a intuitive point of view, I'd use

/[^\s'"] +/ as a UrlPathPattern.

PS: I notice that my Mozilla Messenger also doesn't highlight the 
complete link, so there must be a reason...
