[Pmwiki-users] pmwiki-0.5.23 released, fixes mailposts bug

I've just released 0.5.23, which fixes a problem with mailposts.php
not working with the edit page feature.  

0.5.23 also introduces a [[$LastModifiedHost]] markup, which gives
the IP address (actually the contents of REMOTE_ADDR) that last
updated a page.

Finally, PmWiki is now being distributed in both .tgz and .zip archive
formats.
