[Pmwiki-users] Page Revisions in Safe-Mode

Hi,

I wrote a small diff- and patch in PHP and integrated it into PmWiki. 
This should enable you to use the Page Revision feature
in safe-mode as well.

Tell me if something's wrong with the algorithm. It's not as good as the 
real GNU diff though.
I might put up some documentation soon.
