Hi

I'm looking at upload.php, and noticed that as the code is written right 
now in FmtUploadList(), file names starting with a '.' aren't shown. 

Is this a feature or a bug? (I know that .files aren't shown in Unix, but 
this might also just be lazy programming to get rid of '.' and '..')
