[pmwiki] [Pmwiki-users] upload to edit page link

The good thing with PmWiki is that if you add the the attachment first, 
it is much easier to upload the appropriate file because it gets a "?"
if the file does not exist.

The only problem i have is to replace an uploaded file. So this could
be supported by an extra link in the result of [[$Attachlist]]
