Alas, I don't know of any convenient way to achieve this.  I can see how
that would be incredibly useful for your application, but I'm just
not sure how to get there from here.  The best bet would be some sort
of customized "include" markup that adds the styles in addition to doing
the page include.  Maybe rather than modifying the text color you could
have a background color or image embedded in a table cell containing
the included page?  I dunno.

I'll be glad to try a few experiments on pmichaud.com with this if you
like.
