[Pmwiki-users] printable-page not working

Let's start again now that Patrick (thank you) has pointed in the right direction...

I have updated printable-page.php on 
  http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/Cookbook/PrintablePage

Try that and tell me how you get on.
