[Pmwiki-users] printable-page not working

All your links appear to include a suffix of the form
 ?pagename=...

So you'll need to modify the printable-page.php definition of $PageFooterFmt to follow the convention you have used. Something like 

instead of ?action=print

it becomes ?pagename=...&action=print

In other words, try making the same modification that you made to the Edit Page link to the Printable Version link.
