[Pmwiki-users] Feature suggestion: mixing bullet types

Just a little thing that would be useful to be supported (sometimes), 
would be the ability to mix bullet points, so you could have:
* foo
*# bar
*# quux
* baz

which comes out as:
* foo
  1. bar
  2. quux
* baz
