I think there should be a "Site Map" feature.  The site map would list 
all wiki pages in the group (facilitating searches/browsing) and could 
display the attachments to all pages as well.  By pushing it  :-) 
one could include a simplified version of the sitemap in the page's
margin for navigation purposes (instead of trails), or include a sitemap
version with only the page's attachments on the edit page.  Just some
ideas to play with!
