[pmwiki-devel] Markup for <abbr>

There is abbr in MarkupExtensions, it uses {text|longer abbreviation}:

   https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/MarkupExtensions

Apparently you can nest a link inside the abbreviation, but not 
vice-versa.
