[pmwiki-devel] Pagelist case sensitivity

The problem is that some of the Maintainer variables include markup, e.g.
[[~simon]]
so logically I need something like
(:pagelist group=Cookbook $:Maintainer=simon,[[~simon]] fmt=#titlesummary:)
but that doesn't work.
