[pmwiki-devel] Re-enabled Notebook demo

I have re-enabled Notebook demo, link:

Notebook is an attempt to combine all the useful apps that I been using
into single interface.

Efforts been made to convert/modify them to, so as it uses async/ajax
methods to talk to server.

Note:
Currently demo still runs on php5 (5.6.38).
Plan is to update the recipes from PmWiki.org if available
or fix them.
