I sincerely believe that Villa  wouldn't  go.  He seems genuinely excited to play for NYCFC, while Lampard always  seemed  somewhat neutral to the whole situation. Frank would  always  have  rather played in the EPL, but  no one wanted  him over the summer (at least none of  the  good EPL teams). I really believe  that the only  reason  MCFC  took him  was  to keep him healthy  to  support NYCFC... however, it turns out that  Frank is still  really good, so they decided to  keep him.
