[pmwiki-devel] Generating HTML header stylesheet lines

After PmWiki generates the line to include "local.css" it appears to insert
another line, to "TTC.css".

This file does not exist and I'm trying to understand what might cause this
line to be generated.
I do not have a recipe that generates it, the skin is called ttc-skin with
files ttcskin.css and ttcskin.tmpl.

The only thing in capitals is my default group "TTC".

I'd be grateful for any thoughts
