I have

*$UploadNameChars = "-\w. !=+#";** # allow exclamations, equals, plus, and
hash*

This means I can successfully upload files such as
http://kiwiwiki.co.nz/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Test/UploadNameChars?upname=*
File#1.txt*&action=upload
to
http://kiwiwiki.co.nz/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Test/UploadNameChars
Note: I can upload all the files when I key the file name into the
"name attachment as" field of the upload screen,
but when I click on delta the URL loses some characters or part of the file
name.

However when I try to download the file
http://kiwiwiki.co.nz/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Test/UploadNameChars?action=download&upname=
*File#1.tx*t
I get

?requested file not found


Attachtable displays the file correctly.

I'm wondering what is going on?

Any ideas
