I know there is a recipe that uses the SearchTerms to create a list of 
tags but I am wondering if there is something a little more complex and 
the feasibility of it.

I would like to have the search terms timestamped so they can expire. 
Also to make it so when a tag ascends the other tags descend and then 
finally removed after reaching a threshold.

I am not an advanced PHP scripter so I am not really sure where to 
begin.  Any comments appreciated!
