That's a good point.  We could change the default so that
Attach:whatever.php always displays as "whatever.php".  If
someone wants the Attach: to appear then it can be done with
[[Attach:whatever.php]].

That seems much easier than the current default, which is
that to get rid of the Attach: someone has to write:

    [[(Attach:)whatever.php]]

But there's still some trickiness to be handled in converting
the Attach: links to be relative.
