[pmwiki-announce] PmWiki 2.4.3 released

Hello. PmWiki version 2.4.3 was published today, and is available at:

   https://www.pmwiki.org/pub/pmwiki/pmwiki-2.4.3.tgz
   https://www.pmwiki.org/pub/pmwiki/pmwiki-2.4.3.zip
     svn://www.pmwiki.org/pmwiki/tags/latest

This version adds class names to heading numbers to allow for custom
styling.

A Notify bug was fixed with duplicate notifications when UpdatePage()
was called by addons.

The documentation was updated.
