[pmwiki-announce] pmwiki-2.2.0-beta13 (fixes pagelist/pagevar bug, xss)

Pico noticed a problem in pmwiki-2.2.0-beta12 with handling of 
angle brackets in pagelists combined with page text variables.
I've just released pmwiki-2.2.0-beta13 to fix this problem,
now available at

    http://www.pmwiki.org/pub/pmwiki/pmwiki-2.2.0-beta13.tgz
    http://www.pmwiki.org/pub/pmwiki/pmwiki-2.2.0-beta13.zip
    svn://pmwiki.org/pmwiki/tags/latest

All sites running a 2.2.0-beta release are recommended to
upgrade to this version. 

Sites running 2.1.x versions of PmWiki should continue to
carefully check the release notes before upgrading to 
2.2.0-beta13.
