[pmwiki-announce] pmwiki-0.6.20 released

This release contains minor bugfixes and enhancements suggested by
various users:

* Provides a workaround for a PHP bug that would cause the [[include:##]]
syntax to fail for any anchors beginning with 'inf'.

* Automatically adds newlines between the main text of a page and any
GroupHeader or GroupFooter text, if needed.

* Other minor bugfixes and changes as described in the PmWiki.ChangeLog.
