[pmwiki-announce] pmwiki-0.6.beta14 released

PmWiki version 0.6.beta14 has just been released and is available
from http://www.pmichaud.com/pub/pmwiki.  This is still technically
a development release, but is stabilizing fairly quickly.  I'm 
currently using this version on the pmichaud.com site without 
major difficulty.  If you're wanting to play with the new release 
and are willing to live with/help find the remaining bugs and the
fact that the documentation is still out of date, then feel free 
to use it.

The major items remaining before a 0.6.0 release continue to be
documentation updates and bringing a few modules in line with the
remaining code.  Any help with documentation on pmichaud.com is
greatly appreciated.

Releases beta11 thru beta14 provide a number of new capabilities and
changes:

* The site-wide configuration file is now local/config.php 
  (instead of local.php or local/local.php).  The old local.php 
  locations continue to work, but are deprecated and may be phased 
  out in a future release.

* Skins CSS files should now go in pub/skins/ instead of pub/css/.

* By default, the WikiWord "PmWiki" becomes a link only once on each page.

* local/README.local is now just README, and scripts/sample-config.php
  is updated and moved to the base directory.

* [=...=] now works around directives such as [[noheader]], [[nofooter]], etc.
