When I connected all my directories had a question mark on them.<br>
The permissions for public_html were 751. I changed that to 755
and clicked OK.<br>
This time when I go to <a href="http://obtcc.org/pmwiki.php" target="_blank">http://obtcc.org/pmwiki.php</a>
I get a different error message:<br>
