using Chrome I try to "Open a web browser to the pmwiki.php script"
by going to <a href="http://obtcc.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php" target="_blank">obtcc.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php</a>, <a href="http://obtcc.org/index.htm/pmwiki/pmwiki.php" target="_blank">http://obtcc.org/index.htm/pmwiki/pmwiki.php,</a>
