Some things we tend to think of as a single word rather than
two separate words -- thus I think of "WikiTrails" and not "Wiki Trails".
(Similarly "WikiWords" and not "wiki words".)

Hmm, well I guess I would have a hard time arguing wikiwords since it's
practically in the dictionary now. However, Trails through a Wiki
seems more arguable to me as being two words..?<br>

Understood - however, then you have another option - the pmwiki has an
option to "space wiki words". I guess this is affected by
WikiWordCount, however, the only default for this setting is "PmWiki" -
therefore by default the wiki will actually turn WikiTrail into "Wiki
Trail"?<br>

Surely we need to rationalise this also? (Can't have it both ways!)<br>
