I thinks your version is a bit more complicated, but why not?
I add a red alert at the end (AFAIK any cookbook directive can be used
anywhere in the wiki, protecting one page (the one for wich the
directive was written) is not a protection.
PmWiki is very usefull for site generation in a not really "wikiway"
use. The usual "wikiway" is that of PmWiki: almost all is open to writing.
But PmWiki, with it's passwd system is very handy for web site shared
by a small group or only one (writing) user. On such sites, and an
such sites only, the security problem of html parameters is far less
important.
