password in config - but these work, at best, only occasionally - and most of
the time any member of the public can edit or do whatever they

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>the strange thing is - i have another site at <A
href="http://www.davidcharles.info">www.davidcharles.info</A> which is set up
exactly the same, but is always perfect security wise -it asks for a password on
edit before AND after you edit so absolutely fail-safe - i don't understand!
they are even both with the same webhost, although with slightly different
packages</FONT></DIV>
