Ooops, sorry I didn't notice this changement, I just look for last
version, dates are the same... 2006-02-12 ...<br>

So with this version, there is an error on postitnotes, on line 190...
always for the definition of HTMLHeaderFmt.<br>

I don't think that this error is due to "postinotes", it runs well if I
disable "footnotes".<br>
<br>
So, I moved "footnotes" at the end of my cookbook, error seems to be on
that cookbook, on line 39. Error seems to be a function called twice,
in footnotes and "Pagetoc".<br>
