and there really isn't any reason they need to be. So, I'll restore
them for 2.1.6 (coming soon).

2.1.6 is just released, and restores hyphens in InterMap link
names.
2.1.6 also adds the long-requested capability to test authorization
to a page other than the current one via the (:if auth edit OtherPage:)
markup.
I'm expecting 2.1.7 within the next day or two, so I wouldn't rush
to upgrade to 2.1.6 unless you really need or want the above
capabilities.
