My wikis, with lots of legacy content in the config files, were
ignoring Site.EditForm until PM looked at my list of recipes and had me
remove changesum.php. It modifies $PageEditFmt (and is no longer needed, as change summaries became standard in PmWiki 2.0.0).<br>
