I am following the page UpgradingFromPmWiki1 to upgrade my v1.0 based to v2.

At step3 it says:

Step 3: Add the following lines to the local/config.php file in the 2.0 
installation, replacing &quot;/path/to/pmwiki1/wiki.d&quot; below with the 
location of your PmWiki 1.x installation's wiki.d/ directory on disk.
<br>

<br>
Neither the local copy or the remote copy has a local/config.php file. 
What am I supposed to do in this case <span class="moz-smiley-s2"><span> :( </span></span> ?
