<BR><FONT SIZE=2>In my case the skin was disabling the warning message on top of the edit screen, so I never seen the message "An author name is required."</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>So maybe you miss to fill in something in the edit area, and pmwiki comes back in the edit ... And the skin hide the error!</FONT></P>
