<DIV><FONT face="Book Antiqua">Hover over a Link to an Anchor and a
specific sticky note (that is already in the page - or seperate ?), referenced
by that Anchor name, displays. When the mouse moves off and there is
no Hover state, the Sticky Note disappears.</FONT></DIV>
